1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

• We specialize in custom-made and made-to-order furniture.

• Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual colours, wood grains, fabrics, and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and natural material characteristics.

• Product dimensions may have a manufacturing tolerance of up to ±1 inch (2.5 cm).

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Taxes, delivery charges, and installation charges (if applicable) will be communicated before order confirmation.

4. Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment.

• A 5%–8% booking amount is required to confirm the order.

• The 5%–8% booking amount is non-refundable.

• Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled without applicable cancellation charges.

5. Custom Orders

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, design preferences, colours, fabrics, and specifications.

• Once production has started, changes to custom orders may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made using the payment methods available on our website or as communicated by our team.

• The remaining balance must be paid as agreed before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

7. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product type, customization, location, and unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers must ensure that furniture can be safely moved into the delivery location, including staircases, lifts, and doorways.

• Additional charges may apply for difficult access or repeated delivery attempts.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect the furniture at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours along with photographs and videos.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Customized furniture is generally non-returnable and non-refundable except in approved cases of manufacturing defects, wrong product delivery, or transit damage.

10. Warranty

If a warranty is provided for a product, it covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or modifications.

• Damage caused by moisture, water, fire, pests, or improper maintenance.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, product descriptions, graphics, and designs, is the property of 3A Homes and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3A Homes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our registered place of business.
