At 3A Homes, every piece of furniture is crafted with care and, in many cases, made specifically to our customers' requirements. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after the agreed advance payment is received.

A booking amount of 5%–8% of the total order value is required to confirm your order.

The initial booking amount (5%–8%) is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers order processing, design consultation, material planning, and production scheduling.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled without applicable cancellation charges.
Returns
As most of our furniture is custom-made according to the customer's selected size, design, material, fabric, colour, and finish, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the following cases:

The wrong product was delivered.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The product was damaged during delivery.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered if:

We are unable to manufacture the ordered product.

We fail to deliver the order due to reasons within our control.

A verified manufacturing defect is approved after inspection.
The initial 5%–8% booking amount is non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your furniture arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your order details along with clear photos and videos.

Our team will inspect the issue.

If the claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product, as appropriate.
Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

The 5%–8% booking amount is non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled before production.

Once manufacturing has started, cancellation requests may incur additional charges based on the work completed and materials purchased.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled after production has commenced.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for customized furniture. Exchanges are only available if an incorrect product has been delivered or a manufacturing defect has been verified.
